Five Step Armbar
Complete 10 each side and then set a timer for 5 minutes and get as many reps as you can in that time.
Spin Armbar Drill
Set a timer for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
Do the drill for 20 seconds and then rest for 10
Do ten rounds for a total of five minutes.
